KAREN is the founder of the community, Groflo. At only 29 years old, she suddenly became a widow when her husband, Richard, was tragically killed. On her journey of healing, she discovered immensely effective habits and lifestyle changes that helped her find her way back to a whole heart.

Karen is also the Founder & CEO (Chief Empathy Officer) of Egency, a training firm that helps organizations create a human-centric culture with compassion and empathy. Her team has developed and designed workshops that teach simple effective ways to create a "people-first" workplace. Frequently Asked Questions


When does the course start and finish?
The course starts on the first Sunday of each month; each session is 6 weeks of knowledge sharing and coaching.
How long do I have access to the course?
After enrolling, you have two sessions (2 months) to participate. Once this time expires you'll need to re-enroll to claim your spot. Sessions are limited to 10 participants to preserve an intimate and personalized experience.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you complete the first four weeks of training and accountability, and you feel HEAL FORWARD isn’t for you, we’ll happily refund the cost of your training. We stand so firmly behind this work, that we know you’ll get immense value from it. There is seriously no risk. Just think about it…A month from now you can feel more lost, more stressed out, more frustrated with life… OR… You can try out HEAL FORWARD and begin to experience the healing, joy and purpose you were meant to feel.
